Just a fine choice for a short stay in Punta Arenas with best value for money ratio. The hotel has historic decor with high ceilings that give it a unique charm. If you can, ask for a room facing the main square for better views.

I loved the breakfast spread, especially the fresh fruit and scrambled eggs, and the spacious bathroom with an impressive shower was a nice surprise. However, the heating in the room was quite relentless, making it uncomfortable at times.

The location is exceptionally central, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The spacious family room comfortably accommodated four people, which was great for our trip. Although the room's decor felt a bit outdated, it had a certain charm that added character. Breakfast was a standout with delicious options that exceeded expectations. However, the hotel could benefit from some renovations to revitalize its appearance.

The location is a major plus, with everything easily accessible on foot. Breakfast served in a charming dining room included a delightful spread, particularly the homemade bread. However, there’s no elevator, making it challenging to navigate the stairs with luggage. The room felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing, especially the bathroom that experienced heating issues during the night.

charming stay , but breakfast needs improvement
The building's old-fashioned style added a unique charm to my stay , making it enjoyable to explore its character. The location is a fantastic advantage, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were highly accommodating, ensuring my delivery order was met with utensils like forks and knives. The city view from my room was also delightful, providing a refreshing perspective of the area.
The breakfast didn’t include eggs, which was a letdown.

I really enjoyed my stay! The rooms were spotless, and the location was fabulous, right in the heart of everything. Plus, I found the pillows so comfy I nearly thought I was cloud surfing!
But let’s just say, the bathroom radiator had a mind of its own—who needs an escape room when you can try to figure out how to turn it on?

It was just a balanced option for a weekend rest in Punta Arenas with real value for money. They let us store our suitcases while we explored, which was super helpful. Bring cash for any expenses since foreign cards aren't accepted.
